SBC Offloads 700 SBC Warburg IT Staffers In Strategic Alliance With Perot Systems

Swiss Bank Corp. (SBC) last week announced it has formed a strategic IT alliance with Perot Systems Corp. under which 700 IT staff - including front-office support staff - from SBC Warburg, the investment banking arm of SBC will be transferred to a new Perot subsidiary company, called Perot Systems Global Financial Services.
