Context Cites Shared Customers In Capital Markets As The Motivation For Fusion Consulting Purchase

Context Integration president Michael Dunn says his company bought Fusion Consulting because his five-year-old BusinessObjects consulting firm shares many of Fusion's capital markets customers, such as JP Morgan, NatWest and Goldman Sachs.

By having a common customer base, Context can complement its mid- and back-office expertise in database solutions with Fusion's concentration on object-oriented (O-O) and analytical applications, says Dunn. He also says that he wants to retain the Fusion staff
