Sybase Licenses Javelin's FIX Engine, As Beta Tests Begin For Financial Server

NEW YORK--Last week, Sybase put the pieces in place for its Financial Server product line with a FIX server licensing agreement and the kickoff of a beta testing program for the new application server.
Sybase announced that it was licensing the Coppelia FIX order-routing server from New York-based Javelin Technologies, a relative newcomer, previously known as Klederas Communications and Design (KCD). Javelin will be grafting Coppelia onto the Financial Server, and that port is already underway
