CITICORP Traders Quit Their Desks As BT Turret System Misbehaves

Three weeks ago, Citicorp traders in New York were unable to receive inbound calls at their BT North America Inc.- supplied telephone turret stations. Citicorp has been using BT's ITS dsx turret system since the bank went live in its new trading room at the end of the summer.
