Bridge And Tradeware Dispute Lingers On, Pricing Policies At The Heart Of The Matter

NEW YORK--A dispute between Bridge Information Systems and Tradeware that mushroomed into a service disruption for six clients has not been completely laid to rest. At the heart of the service disruption is a disagreement over pricing policies compounded by a lack of communication. Although service has reportedly been restored to the affected firms, the companies are still at odds.

The dispute reached a boiling point on Thursday, July 9, when the Financial Information Exchange (FIX) connection
