As of the end of March, CSK Micrognosis Inc. will discontinue development of its video-switch product. Micrognosis, which has an installed base of approximately 10,000 video-switch positions, has decided to terminate video-switch development as a result of its inability to generate new sales of the outdated technology. The vendor will continue to provide maintenance and support for its existing video-switch customers through its regional managers and its pair of so-called support centre help
