Radianz Will Not Shine at Sibos as Swift Bars Pure Network Providers

LA HULPE, BELGIUM--Swift is barring pure network providers from attending Sibos in an effort to protect its alliance with Global Crossing.

"Global Crossing and Swift are creating a big, but closed, outsourcing deal," says Chris Church, executive vice president and head of global sales at Radianz.

Global Crossing signed a five-year, $300 million infrastructure development deal with Swift in February (TTW, Feb. 12). Apparently, Sibos is protecting this relationship by prohibiting other network
