In Teknekron/ISIS Courtroom Tiff, Patent Authorities Eye TIB

A legal dispute between Teknekron Software Systems Inc. and Isis Distributed Systems Inc. has landed Teknekron's Teknekron Information Bus under the microscope of the U.S. Patent Office.
The dispute began two years ago when Teknekron sued Isis for infringement of its patent covering the TIB. Isis quickly counter-sued for patent fraud. Teknekron then asked the U.S. Patent Office to reexamine the TIB patent, and Isis filed a similar request shortly thereafter. The Federal District Court in Syracuse
