LONDON--Tibco Finance Technology (TFT) in Europe has hired Tony Tomlins as senior vice president for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) to succeed Les Freeland, who has been appointed senior vice president of global operations at TFT in Palo Alto, California.
