Cantor Sues Liberty Over Libertydirect, Claims Platform Violates Cantor Patent

NEW YORK--Cantor Fitzgerald filed a lawsuit in a Delaware US District Court against Liberty Brokerage last week, alleging that Liberty's soon-to-be launched Libertydirect automatic transaction system for the US bond market infringes upon a Cantor patent for its Interactive Matching service.
