EDS Japan Takes 600 Yamaichi Staff To Boost Its A/P Outsourcing Business

TOKYO--Electronic Data Systems (EDS) Japan gave its financial systems integration and outsourcing business a boost last week when EDS's wholly owned Japanese subsidiary announced that it would hire 600 employees from Yamaichi Information Systems, the computer services unit of failed Yamaichi Securities.
