The turmoil that has plagued V Band Corp. continues -- or has finally been resolved -- depending on where you sit. On May 26 the Westchester-based telephone turret manufacturer announced the removal of Michael Newman, its chief executive and vice chairman, as an officer of the company.
In a double whammy, the company also announced that president John Coutts was resigning his positions as officer and director to pursue personal interests.
