Bankers Trust Uses SQL Performance Tools To Ease Migration to Sybase 11

NEW YORK--Bankers Trust is using the Automated Software Quality (ASQ) products from Cyrano, a software firm based in Newburyport, Massachusetts, to help streamline its migration from Sybase 4.9.2 to Sybase 11, says Robert Levine, managing director at Bankers Trust.

The bank has been using Cyrano's Migrationpack and the Workbench SQL performance tuning tools for about two months, Levine says. The Sybase database serves as the engine for the bank's "global infrastructure of core applications,"
