Intutechnics Faces Liquidation This Week By Owner And Founder Shane Smith

LONDON--Analytics software vendor Erosys will get the business, assets and name of Intutechnics Financial Markets as part of a complicated liquidation that gets underway this week, says Shane Smith, owner of Intutechnics and Erosys.

A meeting of Smith's creditors is scheduled for June 23 at the offices of Rothman, Panall & Company in London. A London-based financial systems vendor, Intutechnics introduced its Technical Trader Station (TTS) software in 1992 (Dealing With Technology, April 24, 1992
