Deutsche Bank North America and its New York-based investment subsidiary Deutsche Bank Securities Corp. have reorganized the upper tier of their North American technology and operations hierarchy. D.B.N.A. has hired two new managing directors -- an information technology head and an operations chief -- to replace the single executive who previously oversaw both areas. At the same time, the North American unit is gearing up to extend the bank's global- standard digital data distribution platform
