FIX Formalizes Technical Committee, Cuts Back On Meeting Schedule

It's taken two years, but the Financial Information Exchange's technical committee has finally addressed concerns members had about the panel's lack of structure and formalized its operations earlier this month at a meeting in New York. The group had been meeting quarterly, but will now meet only twice a year instead.
