Fuji Bank Nixes ETX As It Moves To Install Reuters' Triarch, Kobra
MIDDLEWARE & MESSAGING
TOKYO-- In tying up a loose end, Fuji Bank in Tokyo has decided against using Tibco's Enterprise Transaction Express (ETX) messaging middleware, sources say.
The move follows Fuji's halt of a multi-billion dollar ETX project this past April (Dealing & Investment Systems, May 19). Fuji and Tibco officials decline comment.

In addition, Fuji in Tokyo will be replacing its installation of Tibco's The Information Bus (TIB) and Marketsheet for Windows (MSW) with Reuters' Triarch and Kobra
