CBOT Gripes Halt Progress Of US Bond Futures Proposal From NYCE, Cantor

NEW YORK--The efforts of the New York Cotton Exchange (NYCE) and interdealer broker Cantor Fitzgerald to establish an electronic futures market for US bonds, dubbed the Cantor Financial Futures Exchange (CFFE), have run into delays prompted by the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT), the target of the new system.
