Bridge, Reuters, Sungard Settle; Sale Of Remaining Bridge Assets Delayed
ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT
NEW YORK--Bridge, Sungard and Reuters announced that they had "amicably" reached an agreement regarding the lawsuits filed by Bridge and Reuters against Sungard (IMD, July 23 and July 30). There was no admission of wrongdoing from any of the parties involved, and Sungard did not agree to pay any monetary damages to Bridge or Reuters.
But the suits provided enough of a distraction to push the sale of the remaining Bridge assets back at least another week, say sources close to the negotiations
