Waters Rankings' Best Reference Data Provider: Thomson Reuters

In one of the most unexpected results of this year’s Waters Rankings, Thomson Reuters bumped Bloomberg from the top of the reference data provider pile, after Bloomberg spent three years as the best provider. Interactive Data grabbed third.

Through its DataScope Onsite and DataScope Select offerings—services that run the gamut from counterparty and legal entity data, to reference data, terms and conditions, and corporate actions data—Thomson Reuters is able to feed internal or third-party
