Waters Rankings 2011 - All the Winners and Write Ups

During a well-attended cocktail party in the iconic Empire State Building on July 13, Waters officially announced the winners of Waters Rankings 2011. A poll of the magazine's 10,000 readers determined the 26 winners of this year's awards.
