The idea for MSX was developed by Mosaic’s founder and CEO, Matt Hodgson, who has spent 20 years working in investment banking. “One of the many challenges I was facing was not being able to get a consolidated perspective across all of the various channels that I was transacting with my clients on into one place,” he says. “The decision-making was latent, as it was the result of data that was stale.”
