Overbond Releases End-to-End Platform for Primary Bond Origination
Platform connects bond market issuers, dealers and fixed-income investors.
Overbond, which was formed in 2015, has been developing the platform for less than a year. Vuk Magdelinic, the firm's CEO, tells WatersTechnology development began in late summer/fall of 2015.
"It allows for stronger relationships, better client coverage for dealers, advanced analytics to follow the movement in the marketplace, better price discovery for new bonds," Magdelinic says.
In April, Overbond launched Overbond BPS, which improves issuer-dealer communication and offers advanced market
