Chinese firm chooses UK platform provider to expand its trading network in the region.
Huatai is seeking to expand its network and equities business across the Hong Kong and Shanghai Stock Connect markets, according to the firm.
"HTSC is renowned for its leading technology in mainland China. To extend this competitive edge abroad, we have chosen to partner with Fidessa in Hong Kong," says Derek Sum, Executive Director at Huatai Financial Holdings.
Hutuai is the tenth Chinese brokerage client to sign up to use Fidessa's integrated trading platform.
