Tradition Taps Azul Zing for Low Latency and Predictability
Trading platform predictability and performance key to Tradition purchasing Zing.
Tradition will use Zing to deliver consistent low-latency trade execution, predictability, high throughput and support for large in-memory datasets without performance penalties.
"For a number of years we have been investing significantly in our infrastructure to ensure we offer our clients a best in class service," says Yann L'Huillier, the group chief information officer at Tradition. "Azul is recognized within the financial services sector as a provider of technology which enhances performance and ensures a predictability of trade execution. Once we had successfully tested Zing and measured its clear benefits, it was an easy decision to make to incorporate Zing into our trading infrastructure."
Zing is said to eliminate the operational interruptions and response time often experienced by Java-based trading, risk and compliance applications in the financial services market.
