The shortlist of six bids-from 10 originally submitted-to build and maintain the CAT, includes AxiomSL and Computer Sciences Corp. (CSC); EPAM Systems; FINRA; J. Streicher Analytics on behalf of the CATPRO Consortium, which comprises Hewlett Packard, Booz Allen Hamilton and Buckley Sandler; SunGard; and Thesys Technologies.
In the next stage, the SROs will draft guidelines for the running and operation of the CAT, dubbed the CAT NMS [National Market System] plan, in accordance with the US
