Kinetix Adds New Regs Support to Data Compliance Tool
Version 3.0 of Kinetix's PTV module performed these functions for the US Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform act, but the new version 3.5 also adds support for the European Market Infrastructure Regulation, rules governing Swap Execution Facilities, and will also cover upcoming Canadian regulations when these take effect.
Officials say the vendor added support for the new regulations to help traders baffled by which rules apply to each trade, and to automate processes that traders are currently trying
