Euroclear To Launch Online Service For Corporate Actions
Settlement services provider Euroclear has developed a web-based system that presents users with a consolidated view of corporate actions data and enables them to submit instructions simply and quickly.
EasyWay, which will be used by clients of Euroclear Bank starting in November, includes a deadline manager tool that presents data about upcoming deadlines, including uninstructed balances, pending instructions on the settlement side and tri-party collateral that might influence a firm's balance
