Monsoon Capital Implements Athena Aura
Athena Systems has announced that Monsoon Capital will implement its Athena Aura order management system (OMS).
A long-only and absolute return hedge fund specialising in Asian emerging markets, Monsoon will also use Athena Aura for its reporting requirements and portfolio analysis in its futures index fund. Its data warehouse functionality will be leveraged for time series reporting and analytics on all stored trading activity.
While initially used for Monsoon's Asia commodity trading advisor (CTA) program, it will eventually be rolled out to the fund's systematic trading strategy in India.
