BI-SAM Releases B-One 3.4

BI-SAM Technologies has announced the release of B-One 3.4, the latest iteration of its flagship product.

B-One 3.4 incorporates an ex-ante multifactor risk model for fixed income, developed awith its clients. Other new features include a strengthening of the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) module workflow integration, as well as a lock-date feature to prevent results being overwritten.

"We believe that this latest version of B-One will provide our clients considerable productivity and efficiency gains," says Frédéric Lalande, deputy managing director of product strategy at BI-SAM. "The new functionalities developed in partnership with major industry players such as the new Ex-Ante multifactor risk model, allow B-One to meet new market needs and provide unique calculation models. We have already started developing the next version of B-One, which will continue to include new functionality to improve and heighten the user experience."

Executives from BI-SAM recently spoke with Buy-Side Technology at the BST Awards 2011, where they talked about its imrovements to B-One 3.4 and the integrated risk initiative.
