Ghana International Bank Selects Lombard Risk

Ghana International Bank has selected Reporter for UK regulatory compliance.

Ghana International Bank (GHIB) has chosen Lombard Risk's Reporter system as a replacement for its legacy reporting technology, in order to meet UK regulatory requirements.

Reporting at the bank will be automated in nature, with Reporter interfacing with the existing Temenos T24 core banking system. The specific functions include liquidity, capital, large exposures and statistical reporting, in order to meet rules from the Financial Services Authority, HMRC and the Bank of England, and anticipate incoming regulation such as Basel III.

"Lombard Risk consultants worked closely with GHIB to achieve mutual objectives and we are delighted that GHIB are receiving the full benefit so soon," says Mark Jeffrey, principal consultant at Lombard Risk. "As a result of automating their regulatory reporting through Reporter, the bank's processes have been streamlined which has provided them with significantly enhanced data analysis and sophisticated ad-hoc management reporting."
