Fitch Ratings: European Buy-Side Business Models Due for Improvement
European investment managers must enhance their business models and do a better job of attracting investor interest in their actively managed products in order to boost performance.
In a new report issued by Fitch Ratings' European fund and asset manager rating group, the firm recommends that European managers provide greater transparency into their investment products and internal processes, as well as offer more customized investment vehicles, in order to win back investors.
