OM Technology, the Stockholm-based software concern, has signed a five-year lease for approximately 47,600 square feet of office space at 140 Broadway. The company will be moving from its current location at 7 Hanover Sq. A spokesperson for the company was unwilling to disclose the current square footage or the number of employees at its current location.
