LaSalle Expands Xcitek Deal

Chicago-based LaSalle Bank has renewed and expanded a six-year-old deal to use software from New York-based corporate actions processing software vendor XcitekSolutionsPlus.
The original deal only covered Xcitek’s XSP system, but in an effort to boost STP levels LaSalle has now licensed Xcitek’s ISO messaging module and its eTRAN Web-based interface for its global securities and trust services division.
The ISO module enables the firm to distribute corporate actions notifications to money manager
