Wall Street Passes Pandemic Test
The test was conducted by the Financial and Banking Information Infrastructure Committee (FBIIC) and the Financial Services Sector Coordinating Council (FSSCC). It was designed to enhance the industry’s understanding of the systemic risk to the sector, test firms’ response to an outbreak and examine how an H5N1 influenza pandemic’s impact on other critical infrastructures would affect the financial services sector, explain officials.
The test commenced on Sept. 24 with the pre-scenario brief
