Three Weeks and Counting Down
By now, most financial firms should be drowning in a sea of letters from vendors touting their preparedness for the early onset of daylight saving time (DST) in the U.S. and Canada on March 11.
Without the klaxons sounding and people being instructed to stock up on canned goods and bottled water, as was the case with Y2K, many people aren't taking the DST issue seriously.
