Regtech Vendor ComplyAdvantage Nabs Funding to Build Out Distribution, Sales Efforts

The capital infusion is led by Balderton Capital, a European-focused venture fund.

Balderton Capital, a London-based venture capital firm that focuses on investing in European technology companies' Series A, led the round. Charles Delingpole, ComplyAdvantage's founder, tells WatersTechnology Balderton invested $7 million. The remainder came from private investors, many of whom invested in ComplyAdvantage's seed round and/or Delingpole's earlier companies.
