Implementation allows Virtus to offer third-party agency administration services.
Loan IQ, which services commercial loans such as structured, project, syndicated, bilateral, asset-based and commercial real estate, allows Virtus to grow its agency administration services with the addition of document tracking, compliance monitoring, loan making, syndication and distribution.
Robert Tomicic, partner and co-founder at Virtus, tells WatersTechnology the implementation of the solution speaks to the rise in demand for third-party agency administration services.
