There is no denying the stress banks are under when it comes to technology costs. Regulations continue to crop up, forcing IT leaders to put in motion new projects to keep their firms compliant. To make matters worse, banks have to constantly maintain massive legacy systems that are a drain on their resources.

Neither of these issues seem to be going away any time soon, leaving banks scrambling to find any way possible to still be able to carve out some of their technology budget for innovation
