CameronTec Closes Lasalletech Acquisition

Collaboration focused on messaging infrastructure tools for capital markets.

Michigan-based Lasalletech provides FIX protocol tools for specification publishing, testing and client onboarding, which CameronTec has stated will be integrated into its existing portfolio of messaging and testing infrastructure products for the capital markets.

"Today's announcement is a natural and strategic progression resulting from several years of operational collaboration with Lasalletech," says Anders Henriksson, CEO of the CameronTec Group.
