Nice Systems Releases New Trading Floor Communications Oversight Tool

The solution enables institutions to oversee activity across communications channels including turrets, mobile phones, email, messaging, and social media by combining speech analytics technology employed elsewhere in Nice Systems' product offerings with Attivio's Active Intelligence engine. It will provide both real-time alert and indexing functions for historical review.
"Nice's technology offers valuable cross-channel insights that enable financial organizations to make sense of the vast amount of information exchange during trade communications in order to more effectively manage compliance," says Nice Systems' customer interactions group president, Yochai Rozenblat.
