NRS Releases Module to Address Finra Rule 4530 on Customer Complaints

ComplianceMax Customer Complaints Module allows firms to address Finra Rule 4530.

cMax Customer Complaints Module allows firms to identify, report and resolve each individual complaint that comes against a registered representative or the firm itself. Each complaints unique details, background and critical variables will be documented.
