Wolters Kluwer to Expand Austrian Offering with Acquisition of Reporting Specialist
Compliance, risk management, finance and auditing technology services provider Wolters Kluwer Financial Services has announced plans to acquire Svenson, an Austrian regulatory reporting software provider, from SmartStream, a vendor of transaction management technology, as part of plans to expand its offerings in Austria and strengthen its position in the east of Europe.
Svenson's products are designed to help financial firms in Austria comply with an increasing number of domestic and Europe-wide
