Asset Control Appoints Appleby Sales Head

Data industry sales veteran Gary Appleby has joined Asset Control as head of international sales, to grow clients’ usage of the vendor’s services.

The vendor says the appointment reflects a “continuous business growth and increasing market demand for risk and data management solutions.”

Prior to joining Asset Control, Appleby spent eight years as head of sales and account management for Europe at pre-trade risk and post-trade processing solutions provider Traiana, which is owned by NEX. He has also held sales roles at Thomson Reuters, Bridge Information Systems, and Dow Jones Telerate.

Based in London, Appleby reports directly to Asset
