AnaCap Financial Partners, a private equity investor, has announced that current partners Nassim Cherchali and Tassilo Arnhold have been appointed co-managing partners.
Current AnaCap CEO and chief investment officer Joe Giannamore is also set to become group executive chairman as part of the company’s restructuring process.
