US and UK Regulators Join Forces on Fintech
FCA and CFTC sign agreement on fintech initiatives for cross-Atlantic firms.
The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) signed a cooperation arrangement on February 19. The arrangement, which links the CFTC’s LabCFTC initiative with the FCA’s Project Innovate, allows for information sharing and requests, referrals and mutual support between the two programs.
