Broadridge Continues Acquisition Binge, Adds Message Automation Ahead of Mifid II

Last year, Broadridge made several acquisitions across its different platforms, adding 4sight and Dojima specifically for their regulatory compliance offerings. Message Automation is another step in broadening its compliance suite.

In anticipation of Mifid II’s January 2018 deadline, banks and hedge funds alike are feverishly trying to figure out how they’re going to address new reporting, clearing and collateral management requirements. For Broadridge Financial Services, the answer has been addition through acquisition.
