Smartkarma Raises Funds to Grow Platform, Data
The funds will be used to add new features to the research marketplace and support further international expansion.
The round also included participation from existing investors Wavemaker Partners, Jungle Ventures and Spring Seeds.
Smartkarma’s platform connects investment managers with analysts and research covering more than 2,400 companies across 15 Asian markets. The vendor says that worldwide, more than 150 institutional asset managers, including sovereign wealth funds, hedge funds and boutiques, subscribe to the platform .
