Metamako Launches MetaWatch for Network Monitoring and Analysis

MetaWatch is designed to lower the complexity barrier likely to be introduced on the back of MiFID II compliance.

According to Sydney-based Metamako, MetaWatch's approach to data capture and network monitoring improves reliability, while reducing complexity and costs by utilizing a combination of multiple components: tapping, aggregation, buffering, timestamping and synchronization. With timestamping accuracy a real concern for capital market firms, Metamako's announcement comes just 14 months ahead of the January 2017 MiFID II implementation deadline.
