Société Générale's Sabatier Joins Etrali Trading Solutions

Rafael Bloom is joining Etrali as product manager for voice recording and analytics.

Sabatier will be responsible for implementing the company’s service strategy in the region, as well as managing operations and client services. During his time at SocGen, Sabatier was in charge of improving the firm's retail banking telephony services, and deploying Etrali Trading Solutions' Open Trade technology on SocGen's trading floors. 

Rafael Bloom is also joining Etrali as product manager for voice recording and analytics. Working closely with the compliance team, Bloom will be in charge of overseeing the voice-recording business, and ensuring customers understand regulatory risks. Prior to that, Bloom worked in Israel as a business development and marketing consultant covering diverse industries, from healthcare to homeland security and private wealth management, before working for Nice Systems as an enterprise solutions expert.
